Hello everyone! Been to the gym 3 times this year & I’m excited to keep at it. Even though I’ve just started back & it’s slow but steady, I feel better, healthier & happier already. I’m going to keep pushing hard at the gym & eating cleaner. I’ve been craving fruits & veggies, especially avocados & apples. Going to buy healthy groceries. So many big plans & goals for 2014. I know I can accomplish them, if you have similar goals, we can accomplish them together! I will keep everyone updated, but mostly posting this as a motivation for myself to stay driven. Looking forward to a happy & healthy 2014! Who’s in? 😉
